College Ave Student Loans was interested in creating a mobile application that would serve as a product to review, pay-down and apply for loans on-the-go.
With a wide range of personas, the experience had to be equally as simple whether you were a customer that had a single loan, multiple loans, or multiple accounts (co-signer).
Serving at the UX Director, I managed an in-depth competitive audit; creating user-journeys to identify specific user paths for the various tasks for each persona; multiple rounds of user-testing prototypes; created the conceptual designs; and an oversaw the robust design system.
This product also included a thorough on-boarding flow and a customized set of icons for various alerts to inform the user on their loan status.
